  2. Use the Tracking Number
    Click the tracking link or enter your tracking number on the courier’s website to see real-time updates.


We ship with trusted international and domestic carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery

Once your package arrives in the U.S., local delivery is handled by:

  • UPS

  • USPS

  • FedEx

  • DHL

Delivery times may vary depending on location, courier, and customs.


Didn’t Receive a Tracking Number?

If you haven’t received your tracking email within 3–5 business days after placing your order:

  • Your order number

  • Your email address used to place the order

Our team will provide you with the tracking information as soon as possible.


Lost or Delayed Packages

  • Packages can occasionally be delayed due to customs, holidays, or courier issues.

  • If your package is marked as delivered by the courier but you haven’t received it, please check with neighbors or your local post office first.

  • For confirmed lost packages, we will investigate and, if eligible, issue a replacement or refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
