Thank you for shopping with Maison Amara. We want you to feel confident and happy with your purchase. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing your order.
Returns
Because our products are sourced from international suppliers and shipped directly to you, we currently do not accept general returns for change of mind, wrong size, or personal preference.
We only accept returns in the following cases:

You received the wrong item.

The item is damaged or defective upon arrival.
In these situations, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery. Please send an email to info@maisonamara.com with your order number, photos of the product, and a description of the issue.
Refunds
If your claim is approved, you may choose between:

A replacement item (if available), or

A full refund to your original payment method.
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we confirm your case.
Non-Refundable Situations
We cannot offer refunds or returns in the following situations:

Incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer.

Items returned due to refusal of delivery.

Delays caused by customs or carriers beyond our control.

Items that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery.
Lost or Missing Packages
If a package is lost in transit and cannot be tracked, we will investigate with the courier. If confirmed lost, we will offer a replacement or refund.
Please note: if the package is marked as delivered by the courier, Maison Amara is not responsible for stolen or misplaced parcels. We recommend choosing a secure delivery address.

We do not offer direct product exchanges at this time.
